"Baby Boy" Capps

The newest member of our family will be joining us before we know it. "Baby Boy" Capps is due on January 24th. It looks like we might be scheduling a c-section for Jan 21 if I don't go into labor before than.

He's kicking all the time now. According to BabyCenter.com he's about 13 inches long and 2 lbs. I feel huge, I look huge, I can't believe I still have 3 more months.

As you can tell, we still haven't come up with a name. We have plenty of girls names just in case we're surprised...AGAIN...but we're still struggling on boys names. Any suggestions?

Chickens are FINALLY in their home

The chickens are now outside in their coop. They seem to be doing well. I know I'm much happier with them out of the guest bedroom.

BOO!

Zach and I just got done playing peek-a-boo. Eric and I usually hide and jump out at him. He's now hiding from me and saying "boo." He thinks it's just a riot when I act scared. I think he actually fell over laughing.

More Please

Zach asking for "more" cereal with baby signs. So far he can just do "more" and "blues clues." Working on food, drink, and potty. No success so far.

Zach's First Hair Cut

Amanda's Cut

We all went and got hair cuts last night. Amanda cut her hair even with her bangs. She looks even older now!! It looks like I didn't get a finished version, doh! I'll have to take one when she gets home from school.

Giddy Up

Abby is such a good girl. I don't usually let Zach do this but I just had to get a photo of it before I removed him.

I love the sky up here and the beautiful sunsets.

The Pen

Eric and Jack worked hard to get our pen setup. The chickens will go out there in a couple of weeks and then we'll get some sheep and goats in the spring.

Good Dogs

Good dogs! They love it here. They get to run around and dig for badgers, gophers and ground squirrels. Lucy is the only one to catch anything.

My View

This is the view out of my office window. We have acres of BLM open space behind our house. There are atv and horse trails.

The Chics

The Chickens are getting BIG! They will go outside in 2 more weeks.
